I'm pretty sure this is from the following show: Loveline - 2002-06-30 (Guest - Home Town Hero). Adam rants about how bad the studio is and how the air conditioning is broken again (it's ironic that an air conditioner "freezes" when it breaks). He then announces that he's going to take the band on a tour of Westwood One and how it should be used as an example for apprentice carpenters to see how NOT to build.
