@denrue I know one Russian who learned English by listening to Deep Purple. But he had English class in school for years before that. Listening to DP improved on what he already knew, a LOT. So..music helps.

Anybody who speaks or studies Russian will know this lady is a fraud, her verb endings and grammer are too good. She makes beginner mistakes in grammer on purpose, but adds sophisticated verb endings only a native speaker would know. Nice try, its pretty funny.

I'm sorry I cant agree with you because I'm Russian too, and unlike her, I came to the US 3 years ago, and I speak much better than she does. I don't mean accent, I mean grammar. Whether she made grammar mistakes on purpose, or not, I don't make such silly mistakes with tenses. I also didn't see any sophisticated expressions or idioms either ;-) However, that video is of course a fake because everyone on Earth knows the word f*uck ;-)
