The 2000 Blazers were more talented than this squad and we all know that. Scottie Pippen, Detlef Schrempf, Shawn Kemp, Steve Smith and Greg Anthony were 90's heroes. Rasheed Wallace and jermaine O'neal, two rising stars, Brian Grant Defence Specialist. They could have won the title in 2000 but the Lakers made a good run in the last 8 minutes of the game with Kobe & Shaq and with the help of the referees. Paid referees, I might add. Yeah paid referees, that's more appropriate.

We just had too much youth on that team...I mean Kobe was only gettin 7 PPG since he was a rookie straight from HS, and he was nowhere near the 2000's Kobe as a total player. There were some egos on there, but the youth along with the egos made it hard for us to be dominate as we were in the 2000's.
