Growing up bin Laden is a book he co-wrote with one of Usama's wives....Umar states in the book about his father and losing contact and such....I do NOT think that Umar has any idea, you'd be surprised how Usama would take his sons and tell them to get ready to go somewhere, but not tell them where or why....Umar does not know.
