IV JUST FITTED A SNORKEL TO MY DELICA.... AND THE AIR INTAKE IS NOT AS FAR UP AS YOUD THINK ITS IN THE RIGHT HAND WING for those of you that dont know .....

hate to say it but you have been asking for that for a while i was amazed you made it through the good easter ford with no damage but good on you for trying and you did make it all the way before it stopped i think it was because the water ran to the back of the air box when you went up the ridge

the fact that the air intake is the halfway up a discovery's windscreen did give an air of invincibility! a quick mopping up of the airbox and all was fine!

me dad owns a delica and thee was this flood we went through probably deeper then this river...but we got in then the engine sarted steaming so we went back cus it was on a long stretch of road...delicas work well i reckon
