and the Skrull Invasion storyline led to Norman Osborn saving the day by killing the Skrull Empress, and Dark Avengers came after that and then there's Dark Reign.... I think, All this trying to keep track of continuity in the Marvel Universe is really giving me a headache.

Tony Stark wasn't for the Superhero Registration act, he was probably one of the most involved characters in trying to stop the bill. Tony actually predicted that when the next superhero fucks up big that it's going to be pushed through succesfully in the Illuminati comics. Even during the civil war you can easily see that Tony didn't want this, and in fact if you follow the Dark Reign, he's pretty dedicated to not giving up the identities of his friends and peers.

Symbiote left SM and found Ediie Brock in church.

After a long time, Brocks Venom left him and he got cancer but still had traces of symbiote tissue in his veins.
