@bellyzbad 10 minutes is not acceptable. 20 minutes at the very least is required a day. 30 minutes preferable. If you feel you can't do it, that's not good. You gotta mentally push yourself and believe in yourself. A good stretch also helps you last longer during cardio. Also make sure you eat a small healthy meal about 1 hour before your cardio so you don't jog with an empty stomach.

look up 8 minute abs on youtube, but if you want a flat stomach then do something else first or yours abs develop under the fat making you get a bigger stomach. :P good luck finding some good exercises
@maulman2 You can't lose weight in one focused area. It's not the same as building muscles. Your body will drop the fat from all over. If you take body measurements from all over and do cardio, you will see that you are decreasing in size from more than just your middle.
Cardio (or any exercise) does NOT NOT NOT just burn belly fat. Come on people, your body burns fat all over as IT sees fit. Some people burn more in certain places, but NOTHING just burns belly fat. The ads on tv are misleading, and if you take the time to read the fine print, every diet pill or exercise program, and YES EVERY one requires you to eat properly. Even the ones that say eat like normal, when you real the fine print, you have to eat well. WAKE UP ...........
