We can raise our taxes for a stadium for one of the worst teams in the NFL right now, but we turn down the opportunity to have a Smithsonian Museum branch in Arlington. I live in Arlington, and the only thing that piece of shit has brought was a crap ton of traffic which has no chance of getting fixed because, yep, you guessed it, we are the biggest effing city in America with no damn MASS TRANSPORTATION.

i live in arlington, where i live it's boring but crime free, so i ain't worried. But i doubt much of this new development is going to be completed by 2010. Everything in arlington screams BORING, but with the new stadium all i have to do is get on collins and drive straight north to watch some football. This will be great considering the gas prices these days.

i travel constantly between TX and PR and here we've have over 900 murders this year alone (Puerto Rico is only 30 miles long!) and sadly i've had 3 tires completly busted due to the roads and yes we have federal funding and no it is not a 3rd world country :) im just saying i love it when im in arlington its so peaceful!

You must live in the rich neighborhood. Anywhere I've lived in north or central Arlington, there is always drive by shootings. home invasions, lots of drug and gang activity.

Don't get me wrong though, I love Arlington, I lived here forever. But don't be nieve to the ehings happening not only in Arlington, but in this world.

Since I have lived in Arlington, my house has been robbed 4 times, I was car jacked once.But I really feel bad for some of my neighbors wh have been shot at and died

i never lived in the rich neighborhood in fact my house is off cooper in South arlington and not once did I hear of a drive by shooting or neighboors being killed (sorry went torugh that). Sadly in PR ive personally already survived 2 dive by shootings and have seen 3 corpses, last time i lived in arlington (6 months ago) things were okl (only 9 deaths) but if things are that bad now please let me know because i am seriously considering moving back it's too scary over here (960 deaths this yr)

It's the largest city in America without public transportation, which says a lot. Move to Fort Worth or Austin, cities with culture and substance.
