No offense but this is not even close to high revs. Maybe 250rpm at the most. Most people average in the upper 300's and that is just for a stroker. Tweeners are usually in the 400's, and then crankers usually in the upper 400's and up from there.
I counted some 13-14 revs to the pins; and the last 4-5 due to the new tech ball's core truing out. I don't know the rpms but this is not even as much as the classic "strokers" of the past.
very low. where did you get 300? forget the formulas, just string together 1 min's worth of video and count the revolutions frame by frame. if you count 300, then I'll buy you a beer.
im not gonna dis you at all cuz you got the pins and thats all that matters but having said that i throw anywhere from 480 to 510 rpm and throw 16.8-17.2 mph on a every game basis but once again you got the shot and thats all that counts
300rpm....... try halfing that value. just matching rotations to something simple like a metronome you can estimate that to be about 180rpm. apart from that your speed is matched well to your low rpm's. Keep up the practice ^_^
Haha you all love to hate, truth is your probably no where near as good as him. I bowl jbt with him and hes a very good bowler. He revs the ball more than it looks the camera just sucks but hes a great bowler, avering about 200. So just stfu and leave him alone, he could beat you easy.
@Thecoasterchannel : the jbt tours bolwing lane conditions are pretty damn forgiving, especially for all you bowlers that have a very awkward and inconsistant approaches and releases. so i wouldn't be surprised if you JBT bowlers were averageing 200!! just don't get too cocky with your remarks saying he could probably beat these guys in bowling.. usually people who make a comment know what they are talking about.
@bowlingdude23 No, as a matter of fact, you don't. Try moving about 10, maybe 15 boards to the right, and c if that will help improve your game. And, of course, you will have to increase your ball speed to prevent your ball from goin Brooklyn. IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@bowlingdude23 no offense intended but HELL NO. your rev rate more than likely isn't even 375. tommy jones is 550 and you really don't even come close....at all
@bowlingdude23 you are not even close to 500 your probably closer to about 150-200 rpm's but keep working on it and if you want to see a 500rpm release watch some of my video's
No revs, too much lift and forward rotation......

that was like 230-250rpm.... I have more then that and I'm not close to even being thought of as, "a cranker"

try moving about 10 to 15 boards to the right, and increase your ball speed a bit. Trust me, it works!!!!!!!!!
