You can tell he loves it though. When he speeds up the tempo he kinda gives that grin to the audience at 3:47 as if to say "can you keep up with me?" and that's a pretty magical moment.

But it is annoying when these people are just infatuated with his technical prowess and yell when he does something tricky. If it weren't for V.W.'s incredible sense of timing, harmony, and overall musicality, I wouldn't want to hear something like this where it's just him practicing.

And I saw him live in Cleveland supporting Palmystery. About 40 people there, almost a private show. Best concert I have seen, and I have seen many including Rush, Incubus, John Mayer.
