bakit ba kailangan ang divorce. Gaano lang ba kademe sa pamilya ng pilipinas na dapat na matinding kailang kailanganin na talagang paghiwalayan. kaunti lang naman iyon. Majority pamilya sa pilipinas ay matatag kahit anong hirap ng buhay ng pinagdadaanan ng mag asawa nakakaraos naman. Kung may roon mang ibang pamilya na talagang kailangan kaliangan na paghiwalayin may annulment na nga. pero bakit kailangan divorce pa kung ang nakakarami ng bilang na pamilya ay maayos naman.

pag me pang bubugbog na, a lawyer may ask from the court that the battered spouce motion to be separated from the other spouce. and to give financial assistant to the former.

in our present legal system, the law is enough, the backdrapt is how the other party implement it, hire a well versed lawyer

they say,to date, that the philippines is the only country who has NO divorce,.... people power, who started it first, other country follow us because the result of the people power give a positive significant result in world history,by this same premise, if other country wonder why MARRIAGE is preserve in the PHILIPPINES, sooner or later, other COUNTRIES may again follow our ADVOCACY

@lovencare62 Divorce is needed in the country. If you listened to the debate, you'll know that the present legal remedies are not enough to answer the myriad causes of the irreparable breakdown of marriage. Annulment is too costly for most people to pursue and more often than not, it will be denied by the judge. Annulment is also not the proper solution or legal recourse because it stipulates that the "defect" should have been existing at the time the marriage was celebrated.

@lovencare62 Continuation. In other words, kung nagiging lasenggo ang asawa mo at nambubugbog sayo at sa mga anak niyo, ang annulment, technically, is not the answer kundi legal separation. Ang legal separation naman ay paghiwalayin nga kayo, pero married pa din kayo so hindi kayo pwede magka relasyon ng iba. Don't you see how ridiculous and absurd the stituation is?
