  • yh nothing like a northampton accent, but i cant cant fault Steve for that, to the comment a couple back, they left out the WATERING CAN bit which made me crack up

  • "she has to water his plants Toby, plants need watering!""It's quality of life!" "is it a dolorean!"I keep meaning to watch this "in the loop" but I want to watch from the start!

  • It's "have you ever cleaned up your own mother's piss?" all over again, hm? Now with extra added Coogan (whom I didn't recognise.)

  • I barely recognized Coogan!

  • One of the funniest lines has been cut here for some reason

'She's only got a watering can' - I near pished myself in the cinema when he said it.

Not a funny line in itself, granted, but Coogan delivers it brilliantly,,,,,

  • @DaveKing1000uk I was waiting for that too.

  • @DaveKing1000uk This is not the same scene. I was looking for that exact line when I found this.

  • @DaveKing1000uk One of the funniest moments in the movie -- watering caaaan!

  • Coogan loves to play characters with strong Manchester accents lol

  • "did you hear that?" always cracks me up!

  • oh fuck, that was so funny, whats he driving a DeLorean!I nearly shit myself with laughter there

  • oh i thought it was a small dress for a little girl

    Yes it was.

  • Sorry - just watched to the end of the clip and there was a bit that was cut.

    My bad!

  • that's half true, parts of ti were cut out

  • get that down, that's gold - arf

  • Shes got a waterin can!!!

  • It's like talking to a brick wall about the wall

    LOL

  • What is the point of bleeping out profanity? Can we please grow up and move on from the fucking 1950's? Sooooo stupid.

  • here fucking here

  • makes no odds.. in in some cases (arrested development) actually makes it seem funnier.

  • its a peg bag... lol

  • Looks brilliant! Coogans doing his Paul Calf voice, Fantastic!

  • I saw only Tom in this video. Because I love him.

  • What gives, i saw this last night ans this segment of film was not in it, what is the point of giving us a trailer if the trailer is not included in the actual film:-(

  • SHE'S GOT A WATERING CAN

  • Coogan sounds like the Peter Kay character fom the pheonix club....lapsing into Tommy Saxondale.........funny guy.

  • You mean Peter Kays character from the phoenix club sounds like Steve Coogan. He created this character long before him

  • the legend is back!

  • Yeah a lot of this isn't even in the movie!

  • sibionic - wht with your anti-Coogan-ness? He's a Manc, acting as a Manc, so the accent slipping makes no sense. The fact his name is Paul, probably hints at his Paul Calf character, which you could argue is Coogan using aanother tool from this limited repertoire, but a few characters done well are better than a bucket load of shit.

  • this film misses the peado bloke

  • this scene aint in the movie.

  • not showing in belfast why not?

  • It's on at the QFT is it not?

    I'm hoping it is.

  • I meant to say not showing till the 24th :O)

  • I am so looking forward to seeing this tonight :o)

  • My arse is exclusive too.

  • Hilarious as always. Steve Coogan on top form. It feels very ad-libed is it?

  • Love the Delorean line lol

  • TOMORROW!!

  • Brilliant. Steve Coogan in an Armando Iannucci project is guaranteed awesomeness.

  • Definitely, agreed!

  • Actually Steve Coogan is the only dud thing about the film. He's no longer funny and he can't act - see also his horrible performance in season 6 of Curb. He's in it cos he's a mate of AI's.

  • SC was hilairious in CYE... love the way his accent gradually slipped back to Alan Partridge :o)

  • He is a good mimic, he started off as an impressionist. This is OK but not as funny as usual.
