  • This is a humorous view of a Realtor who out of desperation will say or do "anything" to do business. It is a fun teaching tool! Most agents I have shown it to can see this for what it is and have a good laugh. Maybe we need to check out his bloopers!

IF you have any homes like this in your area, take the Listings and we can guarantee your Full commission. Never settle for the measly .5% Commission. We can negotiate Short Sales in all 50 states.
