Its HAARP or Project Blue Beam igniting the vast amount of aluminum they have been dumping in the upper atmosphere via Chemtrails. It is either done upwards from the ground near HAARP stations (like this) or downwards from Satellites (like in australia) in which case it moves slowly across the sky as the satellite orbits. 50 years of launching missles and all of a sudden in the last year they start making spirals in China, Australia, Canada, Germany, Norway etc...I hope no one is buying that.

As I said, yes the Bulava uses solid fuel for all three stages, so I don't see what the issue is, this is not about a fuel spill, it is about rocket exhaust.
I've looked at all the HAARP/EISCAT and the Russian facilities, the Vasilsursk heater is nowhere near where the Spiral was observed, in fact it is ridiculously far.
