@usfrenchgirl I know what you mean. I love the Europeans, they have always been the most supportive of Black Artists from Day One. I mean they knew who the Funk Brothers were before anyone in North America did.  It was also because of "them" that Tina Turner was able to come back.

Is that Aretha's Dr. Feelgood at 3:00 in the background, looking like he wants to throw her down on the piano? This song is just too good and I love this version. And I love seeing that guy standing there looking at her like that! She owned the room.

I just love Aretha's piano playing. She really is a talent, this is God-given talent that goes so far beyond pen and paper. Like Errol Garner she plays her feelings on that piano.
