I'm in a stage production of this show right now. People are so stupid. This is a really hard scene to stage. You guys did a great job, in my opinon, with your sets. The speaking could be better and the singing could be too, but I liked it!
maybe its becaus you are just so anal you cant relize how hard of a musical it is to do. I was in the show at my HS and I will tell you right now random person it aint the easiest musical to do. Or maybe its because you only are SOOOO usued to the movie version you cant except the stage version.
umm, ok first off, I'm in this play, I play Troy and we're great, I hate the movie, but I love the music and this singing is atrocious, and this isn't that hard of a musical, I'm not saying it's easy, but it's not like chorus line or singing in the rain, those were difficult, and plus, we're not a high school, we're a local theatre group so I wouldn't expect much from a bunch of high schoolers but this "Bop to the Top" is just terrible
well dude, HS are usually underfunded. So until you know the entire story , u cant really say how much suckage there is...Bop to the Top is a retarded number anyway.
okay yah im with you. my hs did this and it was tough. especially with how high some of the parts were. that where we really struggled. but it turned out good.
