Not exactly. The spinning effect causes it to fire in roughly all directions. However, in some terrain, this doesn't work, so you just airburst it (cook it and throw it in the air over the target just before it fires).

so now that i have had my grenade for a while it operates better now that it is broken in. it leaved much to be desired for outdoor use (as do most airsoft grenades) But in a CQC scenario its nearly perfect. after about 30 to 40 uses and regular oiling the grenade the timing is more accurate.

They didn't copy only the animation they used the same damn voice style. In the portal trailer the person has a broken black heart falling and so does this one. They had the exact same people in the trailer, and the same walls. They own the rights to those animations.
