Yeah they are all from America. I have loads of Region 1 DVDs. My player plays them, most players can be unlocked by finding a code on the net and putting into your player via the remote.

Although it says specially chosen eps on the back, I've just compared the episodes to IMDBs episode guides and they are indeed all the episodes in air date order. So Vol.1 being all of S1 and start of S2 and so on! YAY!

I guess Big Lots gets surplus stock from other stores and sells it off cheap. That's the only reason I can think of, plus is explains their ever changing stock.

An epic ending to an epic unboxing! I know what you mean about feeling kinda sad the box is all opened and stuff. I felt kinda weird after sending it out to you, because it had been right beside me and my computer since getting back from San Diego and then it was gone!

You got such a deal on those sets. Man, I hope they get more in!!

Thank you! Its really hard because at Big Lots they don't necessarily have the same things all the time. I got lucky cause Lori helped me out and I told her to pick me up anything cool looking for cheap lol. The only way would be if someone from the US could go for you. I wish we had a Big Lots here too!

great dvd update- the reason you dont see so many digicases is because the plastic dvd holders inside the cardboard all have to be glued in by hand and it costs too much to pay people to do it. I used to be a warehouse manager at a place where they did it. We had like 2000 people all just standing at tables sticking them in. Its a boring and slow job too do, luckly all i had to do was to make sure everyone was working hard and they made enough every day :)

Wow epic unboxing! I used to love watching Animaniacs on CITV lol. Pinky and the Brain were hilarious and its been ages since I had the theme tune stuck in my head but now its forced its way back lol.
