Yep this can be a rumor wikipedia isnt trustworthy i got info it turns out to be a made up idea the reall date is V63 patch which cna take about 2 more months since its as estimated into wiki but v63 is something u dont kno till u find out the secret

well, actually the pirate emblem is now fully up, and when you click on it, you can see various videos, and manga storylines that nexon made. and on the bottom is a blue bar, which signals when they will be released. it's already week 2. so i have no doubts pirates will be here sometime in early or mid november.
