It was a nice demonstration graduating safely to what looks to me like a sweet ukemi, and by sweet I mean soft and smooth, none of that scary-looking shoulder-jamming or hip-thudding. Looks good for kids, beginners, and anyone interested in smoothing out their ukemi. It made that shiho nage over the shoulder look way less dangerous - great build-up to a safe ending. Nice work. I'll be trying this out for sure. Thanks to all of you for this generous teaching.

Definitely a nice video. Thanks for sharing beginners attempts as well.
Just seems weird seeing the far end (which you usually use to tap) reaching the tatami with the knuckles side in place of the palm.

I am envious. Been doing Aikido for a long time, but only with noisy, slapping Judo breakfalls.
I´d like to get this soft style into my system, but it seems very difficult.
