You grilled that nicely. I've got one in the fridge that has been marinating with a dry rub of garlic powder, black pepper, cumin, and ancho chili powder for the last 24 hours. I'm gonna grill that bitch and have some baked pierogies and sauteed green beans with fresh garlic and soy sauce....and a bottle of Shiraz.
