How do they make Fifa stats for speed, stamina, agility etc.... They use test's. The game is involved this isn't 1928 when you can survive on technique alone. If you are a left mid with no pace or agility how are to lose Richards? Roast ashley cole? if you haven't got basic speed, once you lose your man you get caught

Its funny how all the ignorant people say this stuff isn't important, clearly there's not enough knowledge to simply know this is testing that is quite important, as professional clubs are looking for the absolute best players in every way. @GTO804 both were really fast for their surrounding and had incredible fitness. No matter how good you are, if you can't run, or last long your useless. Andy carrol is unfit and he gets stick, take that away and he's really good.

Some players love them and do well in "trials", but the scouts are not dumb. They will recognize this too. The trials in Australia showed this by choosing some players that had never before been identified by any of the established player ID systems.

US kids have too many distractions from other sports in the mid-teens, and they have hardly any support at the local schools. Add to that MLS doesn't pay as well as UEFA's, then you can see where they fall off the wagon at the critical ages.
