Do you even know why you like Four Tet? because there are a lot of artists that sound very similar to Four Tet: but much more interesting and creative. Think about it, dude -- they make one or two measures worth of an semi-interesting beat, and then they add in a few Radiohead wannabe noises. This stuff is so weak sauce that its almost aggravating, because all their songs are almost ten minutes long! If you comment back use valid points.

He could easily produce other music since he is multi-instrumentalist but its about understanding what hes trying to do. Radiohead didn't make Trip-Hop there are much better artists (Massive Attack). There aren't many people similar to FT and I wouldn't say that any of them are better. The reason why you don't like Four Tet is because he is breaking out of the structure and illusion of modern music.
