another group is the roma people: they are the ones in Italy and the ones you are thinking of

I dont see much wrong with their culture, yeah the outfits are revealing, but then again capris and a t shirt seem revealing to people in 1600's. I also do not see anything wrong by marrying as teenagers. Love can come at any age, and we all know its definatly not about all the sex since most are virgins. Leaving school earlybad since they wont have a education, but it wasnt long ago that women were not allowed to even read a book, So lets leave them the fuck alone and not judge anyone else...

the way i see it they are just as prejudice as the people they say are prejudice against them, because that lady saying she doesnt want her children to mix with outsiders because of things like drugs and stuff is just the same as an outsider looking at their clothes and thinking they are sluts. Im not a gypsy and i dont do drugs, i dont drink so they are just as judgemental as the outsiders. personally i know better than to judge someone because of how they dress

How do they expect 'outside' people to look at them differently and not judge them so much when a lot of them don't even want their children to socialize with outsiders? By doing that they're just increasing the ignorance that their culture has for outsiders and the ignorance that outside people have for their culture.

@crankinup120 thats what i do right now, so no i dont mind. my fiance works from 8 until 7, and as far as im concerned my job is everything at home. i cook all the meals, do the laundry, cleaning and taking care of the baby and im very happy doing so

@pinkpixiechic The girls are conditioned from a very young age 11,12,13. what they say isn't relevant only because they are conditioned and also you must believe that they would catch a ton of trouble if they bad-mouthed any part of their culture on TV. I never said they should do as we do. What I'm saying is any culture that treats women in this manner should be obliterated. That goes for more than just Gypsy.
