if its just to sell us drugs then why do they treat it here in the UK? I didn't even know I had it but my boyfriend never gets any sleep becuase I kick out every 30-40 seconds. It only occasionally happens when I'm awake and it's REALLY frustrating. I went to a doctor and this is what they prescribed, she refused to prescribe medication though so she obviously hadn't said it for profit!

my legs twich when i sleep and cause me to wake up allot. witch sux cause when i fall asleep in public people stare when they move. i dont know if this is RLS but this happens to me.

What a bunch of Crap.. just another made up disease to push a pill on us. SLR is a SYPTOME not a DIAGNOSIS. What's next coughing a lot syndrome, or Hurting all day syndrome. Quacks... This is like to going to the Mechanic b/c your car is not working and him telling you the car is not working b/c it's not working!!! SLR is underlying symptom of undergoing pathologies.. B12 Def, Mg Def, Pinched Nerve etc....

Restless legs syndrome does not need a cure! It is not a syndrome! It is the effect of lack of magnesium! Everyone I have given magnesium to has been totally releived of the condition.
