Once in a lifetime someone comes along that has the gift 2 change peoples lives. Luther Vandross, "THE VOICE", did exactly that 4 me. I have an anxiety disorder that literally kept me in my house for 2 years & would hav BAD panic attacks. But with Luther.....he made all that change. All I had 2 do was listen 2 Luther & his music would calm me so when he sang "I can make it better" He really did for me. Thank you Luther! No one did it better and to me...no one ever will!! Beautiful song; breathtakingly talented artist! "I Know You Want To" is most assuredly one of Luthers' least recognized "Diamonds". The man created so much great music throughout the course of his career, it seems the general public mostly recognizes the songs that got radio airplay. As a TRUE Luther admirer, who purchased EVERY ONE OF HIS ALBUMS, I recognized "I Know You Want To" immediately. Luther was, quite simply, "THE BEST EVER" in his chosen profesion. I miss him more than I can express.

I searched for it and even sang the song to about a million people, but no one knew the name. I just recently lost that mixtape! @mrtyroneb I agree with you 100% on that. There are so many songs that Luther did that never got the air play they deserved due to mainstream kiddie music and not real music as this man put out. I have every single album (vinyl, cassette, cd's and video dvd's) that Luther has ever put out & to be totally honest.......there really hasn't been a "Greatest hits" cd for this man. If a REAL one was ever made it would take atleast 2 days to hear all of the greatest since Luther never sang a bad note!
