u know thruout all these times of watching star avenue...i know that as long as you put emotions and effort into the song, the critics would not be so tough on your pitch...same sone with yoga's 那些日子..he was obviously off beat..but hes so emotional about the song..he got the good score too..same with this one...
i need to agree with jerrybmwm there. her emotion is totally misused. 濫情. she might need to work on her pitch accuracy, but sometimes it's more of a matter of talent, which she's not born with. taiwanese students love her because they don't care about the techniques. they are all so god damn average and think they can be something big.
My feeling that she loses the accuracy on her pitches easily when she does the soft breathy vocal. Listen to "我以為我並不差", "怎樣"...&..."謊話", "複雜", and you should agree that she has very weak control when she wants to be "tender" with her voice. Plus her range is pretty average. 紀曉君 can do this song without going falsetto. All in all she is a fairly unexciting contestant to me (key words = to me, I don't have any problem with her being loved by viewers).
wenyin can also do this song w/o going falsetto.i think the reason why she used many soft voice and falsetto at the beginning is to make a more significant difference in the music between the 1st and 2nd part.moreover the reason why she is not accurate on her pitches(i think it is acceptable) mainly because she couldnt control her emotions at that moment

i think she is just trying to do a build up to the song's peak, that's why she uses a falsetto instead. she can sing the not straight at the 2nd part (which proves that its not her range problem that makes her use the falsetto. about the "weak control" you were saying, i think its because of emotional problem (if you understand that this song means to her a lot), tao zi said that wenyin will cry everytime she sing this song seriously, that may be the problem instead of the "weak control" u said

我觉得有时候，能否把歌曲中的感情唱出来，胜过与一个人的技巧。。。尚若一人能把它唱得很好很技巧，但却唱不出歌曲中的那种悲伤感于情绪，感动不了人，那他只是个很会唱得人，但并不是用心唱歌的人。。。对我而言，文音唱出了自己的心声，也唱出了该歌曲本身的情感，那是很棒的！！！

I have seen many of her contest. She can't sing. She put a lot of emotion into her song. But her voice and skill are simply not there.

其實她對這首歌的理解有問題,這首歌是批判社會批判自己,原住民本身擁有很好的文化,很多的原住民卻忽視自己的文化,一心只想融入漢人社會,歷經自我批判反思才理解唯有重拾自己文化才能真正發光發熱,楊宗緯的詮釋還比較接近原唱者所要表達的情緒

我覺得有時候歌曲的含意未必和歌本身有直接關係
沒有一種詮釋方式是必定對的
即使充份忠於原作
傳遞出來的效果也要看唱者的功力
巴冷本身的歌聲就很有穿透力
加上她的遭遇與人生歷練
使她在唱這些有畫面的歌曲時往往較別人深入
楊宗緯的詮釋可能真的比較接近原唱者所要表達的情緒
但巴冷是唱出自己的流浪記了

我也是覺得她只是因為這首歌動聽才拿來比賽的。但其實每個人有自己的領悟力，從純欣賞角度，也不太能怪梁文音唱錯這個歌應該有的意義，只是說有點可惜。
