this is very simple :) you have copied android folder and have like drive(I)/android/blabla, need to have drive(i)/blabla. so when coping open folder android and copy from there to root of the memorycard
@poisas69 no i was wrong, this is not having influence.
its all about the radio version. i have tried all androids, and didn't like any of them... seemeed to lagy to crazy program interface.. windows mob seems very smooth and has the same interface like android,.. why to change ? android market ? no...
i think u must change the zImage ! check the latest

The Ram size and address is diffrent. This has to be set in zImage and startup.txt!

I fund the problem ! The phone was prototype and it has just 320 MB ram .. android was created for 448 !

@Uniculdani I have the same issue, and I've check the ram and i have 448, so it must be something else!

Check your sofware version of Radio in the phone setting. You can only upgrade if you have between versions 2.08 ~ 2.12 or it hangs
