  • What a bass player!

  • That woman in the background looks like she's thinking "You're NOT going to make me boogie! You're not gonna make me!" lol

  • Wait a minute, this show was 1983? IF it was, good I guess to see the 70's weren't dead yet...

  • @clarkbell This was re-aired in the '90s; but it was done in '77. There may have been another clip from '83 shown before or after it, but not this one!

  • @retrorhythms Well thanks a LOT for the damn description... just kidding!

  • @clarkbell haha, actually if you had just read the title you would've seen its from the 70s!

  • OMG! Where did you find this?LOL

You'd think they would of closed down the store.

I have been trying to buy this for years and i can't find it anywhere. I even looked at stores that specialized in 'used CDs' and still nothing.

Thank god for youtube. (hopefully) they won't pull it off. *crosses fingers*

  • Where the hell did you get this? This is fabulous!!! An actual record with a REAL SINGER! You go Thelma! This is a great recording and Thelma looks fantastic! A+ Do you have more? I want to see it ASAP! Hit me up directly ASAP! Please.

  • @MahoganyArchives Glad you enjoyed it! This was reaired overseas back in the 90's. And yes, on my channel, I have four other clips of Thelma: two audio from an interview I did with her in 2002; the rare 'Heat Medley' video; and an 80's performance of 'Just Like All the Rest'! Check 'em out:-)

  • I love this video. I can't believe this performance actually happened, dancing and lip-syncing in the middle of an empty record store, and someone caught in on tape in the 70's. Great post, classic!

  • Thelma.......YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL....

  • This is such a cool video. Too bad record stores like this don't exist anymore. Where do we have to go anymore to find great music like this? Ebay pssshh that is sad I wish I was born in the 50's to grow up listening to this music.

Music today sucks, Justin Beiber, Miley Cyrus can't produce awesome music like this.

  • interesting store similar to one in my area in California with artist

    signing autograph and performing .....................

  • One of the greatest songs of the disco era.

  • You Go Thelma!!!

  • this is when going to a record store was an event.

  • This is one groovy baseline!

  • She speaks so much with her eyes

  • absolutely fabulous!

  • Simply Classic! Glad you found the more complete clip of this to post!
