Look up the technical specs of an NTSC transmission, the standard for north american television. Or better yet, look at a transmission on an oscilloscope and see if you can make heads or tails of it.

Looks like light refraction to me. Notice the spectrum of color coming from this supposed UFO? It's splitting visible light into 3 bands and curving to conform to the shape of the camera lenses.

You know that some times glass can act like a mirror ok here is how if one side of the glass is darker than the other side A mirror effect is created the darker one side is then the other the more mirror like the other side is so out side the shuttle was slightly darker than inside making a semi mirror where you can see outside and see reflections from inside slightly I hope you run test on this subject at home but nasa does have the best UFO sightings I have ever seen This is not one of them

Seems to be a reflection. It just sort of fades into view as the camera tilts, isn't really lit like the rest of the objects we see, and it doesn't move at all. There are also other bands of light to the left with the same colors.

It's unlikely that even an advanced civilization would be able to figure out that one of our transmissions was audio/video and be able to decode it to produce an image.
Look up the technical specs of an NTSC transmission, the standard for north american television. Or better yet, look at a transmission on an oscilloscope and see if you can make heads or tails of it.

looks like a lens flare artifact to me, u can do the same by pointing yr camera close to the sun and when u get the right angle, bingo, u will see a simalar effect... i do believe in flying disks and aliens however, just not that this was one

hard to tell but interesting anyways. other NASA videos definitely show UFOs, they are all over the place. i've seen 6 at night while camping, they looked like satellites but stopped and followed each other, etc.

The ISS Module looks like a Soyuz or a robotic resupply craft. The FIS, looks like a reflection off the multiple panes of glass that make up the window we're looking through. On the Apollo spacecraft, the windows had three panes of glass with gaps between them. The outer one was 100% fused silica coated with Magnesium Fluoride outside and a Blue-Red Spectral Coating on the inside surface. Two inner panes of aluminosilicate had optical coatings, these multiple reflections were common.

Are you serious? All I see is the Space Station through a window, reflections from camera cables, and light reflecting into the window/camera flare. Seems to me the intent here is for you to gain the recognition for coining a bogus term, "FIS". I don't see anything special in these shots. Sorry. Try debunking next time and being a bit skeptical before making claims.

Looks like light refraction to me. Notice the spectrum of color coming from this supposed UFO? It's splitting visible light into 3 bands and curving to conform to the shape of the camera lenses.
I was more curious about the wavy thing on the left until I realized it was the reflection of the cable seen at the top of the clip.
