I will be the first one to say, I am not the most popular person in school, But why be. Why change myself to be the "coolest" person? I always see people trying to be different around cretin people. If they don't like the way that you are, Then you shouldnt give them the time of day.

My mother often irritates me, but if I did and said some of the things I felt, then I would be dead right now. The women I work with are bat shit insane. If I told them how annoying and superficial I think they are, I would have to go looking for another job because they would make my work life hell. When someone asks "how are you?", you must respond with "good" or "just fine", or else they'll think you're a self-centered asshole. We all have to be deceptive in our lives. I watch i-Carly btw.

Man, YOU GET IT. You have NO idea how frustrated I am by people obsessing over what others think of them. I don't understand why we seek acceptance from everyone. We want eeeeveryone to love us. And it's pointless. A persons love or hate for our clothes, or taste in music, or style...is insignificant. If someone hates your shoes, is it really going to change the way YOU feel about them? No..so why hide it? You're not hurting anyone. We have no reason to prove ourselves to others.

YOU ARE AMAZING!!!!! I can honestly say I am a true kid at heart and I'm not afraid to show it. I'm big on disney, Collect the craziest items like a bunch of little mermaid things. lmao. I get what you're saying about high school and having to pretend to get by...but there are decent people in high school. Yes, I see people being someone they're not all the time around me, but there ARE people that don't do that. :)

I've also been having the same issues with school... and figuring out what I'm actually doing. I decided to just make a decision and go with it. It does feel better to have a plan. Anyways, I can always change my mind later if I want to. :].

people at my schools are assholes.
they will be jerks to the special ed students and make fun of them and make fun of me because im in a club that tried to intergrade them within the school so they fit in more. i have a smallgroup of friends AT my school but many outside of it because for some reason outside of my school is much more caring than my school itself.

it's really frusterating when people make fun of my music tastes. I don't really like any disney channel things (except for Recess and The Weekenders!) but I do like bands like Metro Station, that everybody seems to hate for some reason.
what gets me most is when people call things I like "gay" or call me a fag for liking them. it's insanely homophobic and those are just stupid words.

i think it's really lame when people pretend to be who they're not. i love being myself and so does my friends! i don't need to be who i'm not! once, when i wore foundation, i didn't feel myself so i don't wear it and my friends love me for who i am. haha it's like most people end up being who their 'friends' want them to be. i don't think people need to do that. i sooo agree with you!
