I hadn't seen this card before. Years ago, there was a card that looked just like Obama (titled something like "Blowback") where he was standing at a podium getting hit with paintballs. When I saw that, I realized that they had put him there to take the fall when they crash the economy. I looked for that card later and saw they had changed the image to look more hispanic. Probably because too many people were beginning to notice these cards...

Bloodline alone suggests Prince William more so but I am also putting the symbolism towards Obama to be a possible candidate.
