@DemonicRemption - This is true. However, you have this happen in all religions. It's a part of human nature to take things and mold them to our own specifications to make our lives what we want. We have to stop being such selfish people and see what really works for the greater good, not just our personal good.

Honey, take up the things that they tried to teach and try to see if you can find it in the word of God, and you will see that the Bible is not some crazy set of rules that hates pokemon. God is so much more than a 'religion', its about having a relationship with God and your savior, because he loves you and wants to spend time with you and wants you to accept Jesus because that is the way he gave us to be with him forever. And this is coming from a girl that absolutely LOVES pokemon! :)

It's not the religion. It's the funking followers. They don't understand God's word... They read it, and develop skewed interpretations of what some of the teachings in the bible mean... And that's what irritates me.

I grew up believing in what I wanted to believe, I like to concept of god, but I don't like religion, because when I look at Christianity, I just think slavery, they say you cannot drink, you cannot do a lot of stuff, and the whole Pokemon thing was absurd bcs its just a game, they need to just learn to let people live there life how they want to live it.
