Somewhere along the way I ran into a little item that only 4% of the population were involved in our revolution against George III, so even a third or a small chunk of that third would be enough.
However, I don't believe a revolution would fundamentally change things - that is, I think the changes would be illusory. We're still the same kinds of people.
