For all of you guys wanting to know if you have a big enouph Powersupply go to google and look up "Thermaltake PSU Calculator" and enter your computer imformation, that should tell you if you have enouph room to run this card. :)
@ misternumberuno:bit of a newbie question here.... do you reckon the gddr5 is much faster than the gddr3?By how much? would it make any difference when i play games like nfs the run or even crysis 2? If so why not buy the gddr3 version and it is much cheaper anyway
@fpsfreak I don't actually know, but I'm a Radeon fanboy, so I would of course say yes. I would recommend comparing the ram size and type, the core clock, and the benchmarks of others.
@esmoll666 It is, as I said, an entry-level card, and does not have a XfireX port, so don't expect to be able to play Crysis 2 on Super High OMGWTFISTHISREALLIFE settings. However, It is the most powerful of the 3 entry-level Radeon HD 6000 series, so it can do pretty well for most games. It can play WoW and Minecraft and Skyrim on highest graphics settings around 30-50 FPS. IDK about FPS games, I do not play any of them, but I believe that most FPS would probably run OK on this card.
@misternumberuno I have a VERY OLD Radeon HD 4550 1gb DDR2 and it plays Minecraft at 110-130 fps on all fancy, lol im planning on buying this card to replace my 4550. :D talking about uber FPS increases (also want to play BF3) (using a Phenom ii 960T and 8gb ram, so it should play preaty well :D
@punkedface it has 3 connections to a monitor on it. Analog VGA, Digital DVI and Digital HDMI. So, yes it has VGA. I mention this in the video. All three also support AMD EyeFinity, which allows you to connect up to 3 monitors to it and extend your desktop onto those monitors.
@firekingster it uses a PCI express x16 slot. it will not work in a regular PCI slot, but it will work in smaller PCI express slots if you cut the back out of the slot. I do not recommend that. Also, some versions of this card, depending on the brand of PCB manufacture, are very thick and use two slot holes in the back of your PC case. In my video I mention that I bought one that was only 1 slot thick specifically. this card is also full-size form factor, and therefore it will not fit (see next)
@misternumberuno I have a PCI 16 slot. Im not sure if my psu will be able to handle it. My psu is 300watt and apparently this card needs 450watts. I have a HP Pavilion p6742f desktop 6gb ram core i5 2300. hopefully i can run more recent games on this :D
@firekingster oh, It should be fine on 300 as long as you do not have too many drives, and especially if you are already using a PCI-E graphics card and intend to switch them.
@misternumberuno Also, you should not need to connect the card to your power supply inside your computer. It will get its power from the PCI Express slot.

I'm about to get this card. I just want to know if I'll have to buy any adapters or does it run only on pci slot? Please reply quickly.

@firekingster in your computer properly if it is small form factor (really skinny). It will also not fit in your computer if it is a laptop.

@transformers574 yes, this is supposed to be entry-level, but if this is entry-level, I cannot imagine what the 6700, 6800 and 6900 series are like!
