hay im a cranky old fuck who thinks im the shit cause alls i hung around all my life are no brainers. first of all im huffing carbon monoxide, and i dont even have my fucking temperature gauge working so i touch the engine to see if it is warmed up and i hold what im going to suppose is a cold enging at 4k rpm and rev it with no load on engine. i love carbon monoxide. it kills off stupid.

its a very nice bike and 250's are the perfect beginner bike. and ask any sport bike rider thats been around for awhile and they will confirm that a 250 will take any bike (apart from maybe a 125) in normal riding conditions (like in a town) i dont care if youve got an Aprilia RSV, unless your on a drag strip (wich i dont think towns are) that 250 is going to be miles away because theyre smaller, quicker, lighter, and extremely agile

It takes alot more than running it for 3 minutes open header to burn a valve.. I know my bike up and down as well and ive ran it open header for weeks (stage3 dynojet kit, velocity stacks so its not stock) and nothing.. If/When it burns a valve that just means its goin in my machine shop for some port/polish/valve work!

just drill 5/16" holes in the rivets on the tips of the mufflers it swounds deep on the low range but not to bad down the highway and maintains a descent back pressure so you don't throw a rode but jets and new air filter a must.

should turn your choke down after about 5-10 seconds on any bike, and not let it warm up, ride it smoothly until it warms up, bikes are not designed to be warmed up then riden, they are designed to be warmed up whilst riding

It took that long to start because it wasn't started for 2 weeks after its first crash at 40mph...(carbs were a little flooded) and no we took off the exhaust cuz we had to take off the center stand because its bent and rubbing on the chain... (you have to take off both exhausts to take off center stand)

i have Dunlop GT501s on my ninja 250 (2005) and they look that big. Its the biggest tire you can fit on the rear without making modifications.

correct, the oil is thicker when its cold and cant to the parts that need it causeing them to wear faster. also i wouldnt run it without pipes for a long time cause its more free flowing, making it lean. the engine runs hotter when its lean until you rejet. rejet if your putting on louder pipes too

Starting this bike in the above manner results in a starvation of oil in the rocker tappets and leaves a dry seat to catch the rocker arm. Thus - THIS GUY IS FUCKING THIS ENGINE UP...
