Für diesen Ritt stand ich noch Nachts auf!Da waren noch die Genicke die höchsten Punkte und Anne Grete Jensen eine vorbildliche Dänische Dressurreiterin (Rollkur gab es nicht!!!!) Dr. Rainer Klimke und Anne Grete Jensen ritten zusammen eine wundervolle Kür :)))))) Heute müßte man sich vorstellen....Isabelle Werth und Anki van Grunsven...UNVORSTELLBAR.Das war noch Dressur !!!!!

Was hätte der aus einem Pferd wie Totilas gemacht...sicher kein Zirkuspferd. Das nenne ich eine perfekte Vorstellung...ein gelassenes Pferd, mit dem man eine Siegerehrung reiten kann. Gruß an Frau Grunsven

This is perfection and true partnership with the horse vs. domination and micro-management. You can still train like this today, if you find a trainer who sticks to HDV12 and if you are willing to invest several more years into training than 'modern' riders do. Also für mich ist Dr.Reiner Klimke das größte Vorbild das der Reitsport zu bieten hat!,.. der Sport hat sich in den letzten Jahren sehr verändert! Und er ist irgendwie nicht richtig besser geworden..

meiner meinung nach der beste reiter im dressursport, ich glaube kaum, dass jemand anders sein pferd einhändig in so hohen lektionen, wie im viedeo passage und piaffe, vorstellen könnte, schade, dass es von solchen reitern heute fast keine mehr gibt -.-

Nein, da koennte keiner. Unsere heutigen "Topreiter" brauchen beide Haende um ihr Pferd festzuhalten und die Pferdenase auf die Brust zu ziehen.

Auch fuer mich war Dr. Reiner Klimke der beste Dressurreiter dem ich je zugesehen habe, sei es auch nur per Video.

I think Dr. Klimke was probably one of the greatest horsemen of any age; he was a true amateur - prepared and trained all of his own horses - all while working full time as a lawyer and a member of the state parliament - incredible individual.

This is so right! Without putting down any of the today riders Dr. Reiner Klimke was a horseman of its own kind. And Ahlerich, well, there's nothing else to say about this horse than simply gorgeous!

Thank you. But I have the same complaint about it as for too many Olympics eq. competitions -- those danged cameramen spend way too much time on shots of flags or close ups of people, and miss wonderful things the horses are doing -- like this! Oh, where was the close-up of those beautiful changes? waaahhhhhhh! ;-)
