I bought a zune a couple days ago, and I must say though this might not be the ipod killer (there are many reasons for that, im not going into them) it IS better than the ipod, and the battery life is fine, to those who claimed it was bad.
Also, I dont get why everyone is so up in arms over the restrictions on the songs that are traded. I mean yeah, I would rather have no DRM's added to songs I transfer too, but seriously, if someone sends you a song you like, I say just download it when it disappears. wrong. Ipod has had the built in radio for a long time. like most mp3 players that have Radios it uses a the earphones as the antenna. Except the iPod's special made radio antenna comes with that click pad :P do some research first.

Those would be good arguments if you assume that the money to be made in the industry is YOUR money. The problem with your argument is that there is plenty of money to be made with people who don't know the controls as well as maybe you would. but come on who the hell looks at the numbers u press when dialing a phone, typing on a keyboard, using a tv remote, and so on. u can feel what ur doing no need to be able to see the shit. only thing u need to see is the screen!

Lots of people. Plus reaching around to the back of a hand-held device to push buttons while staring at the screen on the front seems like a recipe for dropping it constantly.

You're stupid, the buttons layout will change as the screen is rotated sideway. Have you used a PDA before?

Nice. Thats refreshing to look at. I don't know but apple will have to do something special for their next iPod. The iPod's interface is so old and dull looking plus its features. This is the iPod Killer for sure. Im actually thinking about getting rid of my iPod and getting one of these. The widescreen sideways display of videos was smart.
