iScreensacer works for Macs. Just convert the .swf to a .mov, then drag the new .mov into iScreensaver. Then click build. It will now create an install, so find the install it just made and double click.

Very, very nice. Brilliant! Awesome indeed. My only issue is that it'd be nice to have this as a YouTube clean version w/out the intoductory comments because the only way I can get it to play as a screensaver on my pc is to direct load a copy of this video- which starts out with the words and is thus not quite as awesome an effect as it could be.

@review311 I downloaded the flash videos and the recommended screen saver program and now I have this as my screen saver. I've had NO warning about virus' and everything was scanned and checked out...? Depending on your windows settings though, you may have manually checked that certain unsigned files and such were 'potentially dangerous' and thus are blocked

You might try Linux, Ubuntu has lots of free 3D software, and it's not that hard to learn, and there are trillions of users everywhere. Try Ubuntu.com when you get into the xmas or some other holiday season... just give urself time to learn and we'll weild you off the MS limits in no time! &80) Take care.

Strange, but my OC won't remember the screensaver...

Every time after rebooting the computer windows tells me that no screensaver has been chosen, and I have to choose it again...

@DuchessNire Size contraints mostly. Also, I was trying to make it loop seamlessly, and found that timing everything within a 30 second loop was much easier.

Ive tried several times now to get this installed to my computer but it just wont have it

ive tried following guidelines from several internet sources on how to put the new screensaver in with the defaults but its just not there in the dropdown list

The file has been unzipped, the screensaver itself in the WINDOWS folder where the site said it should be but everytime i check its not there =/

Kinks are being ironed out on the Mac version, though currently it's 120mb large - which won't do my bandwidth much good. Hopefully there'll be some developments soon.

Visit the website listed in the info box, then where it says "Screensavers" decide if you want the widescreen or standard one then right click and save it to your computer. Unzip the file, (you can use a program like WinZip, WinRar or 7Zip if you can't otherwise unzip it) click on the .exe, select where you want the install files to go, click install, then once it's done, click finish and it should take you straight to Windows Screensaver Settings where you can tweak it and set the wait time.

This would also make a active desktop theme. in other words insted of a still image it will be moveing while on your desktop so it will b a little like the real TARDIS scanner so u can look at ur icons and desktop and have this moveing around in the background. and then of course it can b your screensaver to. hope you make this possible so we can have it as it is now but to go on your desktop insted. by the way great work with this keep up the work.
