Why are his tails so stiff? This looks like a bad rip of that shitty '06 model. Why aren't there ever any good Tails rips? Classic Sonic is all over the place but there are never any classic Tails models. :/

I'd say it's fine for you to release it though, as long as you said I made the model (Which you did).

Rip a model from a game and releasing it, even if it is a custom car, without the creator of the model's permission can get you in trouble. For example, ripping Master Chief and releasing him would be illegal.
