Scientists, like William Shockley mentioned this, but he was vilified for it (after having been praised for his intellect shortly before for his transistors).

Look at the Asian immigrant kids in the US, they arrive penniless, yet earn straight A's while learning English (something that Blacks still have trouble achieving).

Any honest teacher will confirm this.
