I just made this. I found that it was a little bland, so I added some pepper and I still wasn't satisfied... I have some left over buffalo hot sauce from another dish I made and I poured it over the top of the chicken tortilla casserole and it was AMAZING. So for any of you that need a little kick to this dish, whip out some buffalo sauce.
