  • I hate crossfit because just about every exercise is meant to be performed as fast as possible. With more emphasis on time than proper form. Swinging your arms like that creates momentum. These women arent doing vertical jumps (which is why you would want to create momentum), they are just doing squats while swinging their arms creating momentum.

  • @nadya454 3 times sessions per day for accelated fat loss. If you start every morning with a single tabata it will wake you up and burn fat reserves on top of nocturnal fasting.

  • This is brutal. I got monstrously fit last year doing this, grease the groove pull ups and tabata punch outs.

    I need to start again but got to get the bottle back first, lol. If you're not on the floor after four minutes it's not hard enough....
