Noise is a completely seperate genre from grind and has existed many MANY years before grind even existed (Arguably the first noise piece was made in 1918 by Luigi Russolo).
Noisecore does not have anything in common with grindcore except for the "-core" suffix. How about you try listening to a grindcore band like Dahmer or Agathocles and then compare them to this band or deche-charge? Would you still consider this band grind? I doubt it.
@Merzbowxnoise It's because ever since the Allies introduced them to it they have been trying to emulate it. It being the Godly sound of wholesale nuclear decimation. It is ingrained in their racial memory much the same way middle eastern camels who wander upon a IED instantly change into a metaphysical pack of cigarettes and seek reincarnation as a terrorist cancer cell.
