Popcorn never did anything wrong. He was a simple man who knew the tools of the trade. He was busted twice over the years, and moonshining thought was in his blood. Moonshing was a Sutton family tradition, and also running from the law. Popcorn's grandfather was arrested in 1929 in Maggie Valley for the exact same thing.

Best beard of anyone ever. I am a long time wine and beer maker and i have made moonshine, but it wasn't until i introduced myself to the culture of Tennessee that I came across this man. I hope one day I could understand his methods better.

Popcorn may have taken his own life but that's not what killed him. The feds ought to be real proud of themselves. Hope to see them in Hell.
