The best way to get confident is just become a slight introvert for a while and really focus on doing something else. On top of that, consciously try to better yourself for the sake of you. During that whole time, your confidence with skyrocket and talking to other people and being yourself is as easy as just being where the other people are. You will no longer try to 'fit in' and 'get girls'. Those things will just happen.

Those are wise words. I concur. In my life when I felt my best and was doing my best in life, women flocked because they could see that positivity. When I was down in life, even when I felt fine, the energy wasn't there and it repelled women. Guys spend so much time on "game" they never understand that the biggest hurdle to get over is *ourselves*. When that hurdle is cleared, we become more receptive to everything including the things and the people we desire to have in our lives.

Kurt's right. The first time I did this, I was once going to work (I did it by cycling) and I see this beautiful,super-cute little woman walking by. I felt really the urge to approach her. At first I was taken by lots of self-doubt,but then I went to her. Her face LIGHTED UP. She was so taken aback that she stared at the floor,smiling. She was asking my name,asking things....she was a smart woman,not naive or anything... I never thought that such a direct approach could work so well.!
