@theosaurusrex You need to follow up on the originator of that "official" quack list before you criticize here. If you do you will see he posted all over the internet including acupuncture. If you are REALLY interested in learning facts about the AMA's mental health care agenda in America go here first and listen to this : kboo.fm/audio/by/title/madness_radio_20110207 and then get back to PSYCH-K.
@meadowlarkable A chimp with a pincushion can get the same results as a certified acupuncturist. Just because some people abuse/misdiagnose/overdiagnose psychiatric disorders does not debunk the science, nor does it validate the pseudoscience of PSYCH-K. Do a double-blind statistically relevant unbiased study of the results and get back to me.
Before I went to bed last night, I thanked the whole of my ancestry and god and all else for a wonderful life. For their love and great assistance. Then I told my body to keep me healthy and strong and vibrant for the morning. Little did I know that the morning came just 5 hours later. I feel wonderful. I am alive with the intention to be a wonderful day. Connecting to the pipeline of consciousness, I am fed by it. This is very new to me as I didn't even get through this video last night. Thanks
Interesting, but at the moment I am really into Esther-Hicks-Abraham material, and it is a wonderful experience, so this is not right for what I am looking for at this time
@maggiedon1 She is a fraud and Abraham doens't exist. It's a cult. You don't have to believe me, but there are certain probing questions you can ask to prove it is a cult.
Thank you for your comment, we have no way of proving the existence or non-existence of 'Abraham'
I am trusting my experience of using the material, and how it works for me personally, so it is my experience that I trust, and that is not fraudulent.
I have no interest in whether or not it is a cult, or the labels many seek to throw on the materil. I use what works for me.I do not use all the material, just certain aspects of it along with the material of Eckhart Tolle
Seems like good work but I would just add that being around a realized spiritual master, and doing spiritual practices such as meditaiton and witnessing, can be extremely powerful for experiencing transformation, and the love and happiness within. I do get what he says about some "spiritual" people who are stuck in their mind patters, but that does not mean that everyone is like that. Tools for working with the mind can only take you so far...
It sounds "airy fairy" but it's not. Rob Williams has such a deeply internalized sense of spirituality that he just makes it sound that way...
But in actuality it's based on hard sciences like human genetics, kinesiology, and neuroscience. It really is where science and spirituality meet to create something altogether different, new and exciting.
It's the real thing - don't let the uninformed cynics steer you away!
Isn't all that shite just about having a right good wank so you can get to sleep at night? If there was anything else I guess I missed it ....Wait! Did he say something about otters mating with dogs ...?
I wonder if they were influenced by J.Krishnamurti's way of thinking. Is that why there is K after psych(psyche). I can see a lot of similarities in this video.
it sounds sooo promising, exactly what i need in life! nlp trances haven't worked for me, positve thinking and affirmations even lesser, now i'm trying eft tapping, and i'll have to take up a job in my vacation time if i wanna learn psych k, it's just tooo expensive!!!
ive heared a lot of spiritual talk. there is a lot of confusion within spiritual communites. this here is spot on and goes to core, great interview, makes total sense...
I took a class in Perk-K, a sister program to Psych-K. I was very skeptical about the technique - some of it is pretty woo-woo (and there are parts about which I am STILL skeptical). And....when I use it for changing my own limiting beliefs it works. And, when I use it for illness, migraines, etc. it works. It also focuses my own meditative practices. The body positioning apparently forces both sides of the brain to participate in a more "equal" way. I use it.
Hello, would you please instruct us how can we get psych k? I was searching your site and I found different books even from Dr Lipton .. But nothing clear about how can we apply your method!
Please, Somebody can write what Rob Williams is spaking? because I am brazilian and I can't understand what he said. I want to subtitle this video and to show it to my therapist . get it?
In his interviews he is always purposely vague. The only way it seems that you can find out HOW to do Psych-K is to attend a workshop and those are minimum $350 bucks and for private sessions Ive seen them for $150 bucks an hour! Rob Williams said in another video that he asked God what do you want from me? then he received this information on Psych-K, if that is true I dont think God wanted him to charge people $350 to learn it, it seems to be about just making money no sharing involved.
Hmm.. maybe there is a lot of truth to that but at the same time this is a capitalistic society and we have no choice but to make money and charge for our services. If he offers a useful service then he should get paid in return b/c that's the way our economy is structured.
Offering a little info then holding the important parts back for paying customers is a common way to advertise now days & not exactly shady.
I'm interested to learn more about Psych-K but I have my doubts as well.
I know. I can't find details about Psych-K anywhere either. Perhaps his book says it like it is? It would be hard to be ambiguous through an entire book, eh?
I read the reviews of the book on Amazon; they basically say it's a commercial for the seminars. I think the only way to find out is to cough up hundreds of dollars for the seminar. I learned EFT and it works great, it has changed my life and my husbands life in such positives ways, and the EFT community are very generous and well help you without a large price tag attached.
The totalitarian organized religion of Scientology has no who hhaah? One thing EFT does not have is the rigid religious dogma of Scientology, that is not based on the writings of a second rate science fiction novelist.
Unfortunately, EFT failed to work for me - and that AFTER I had enlisted the services of FOUR (4) different practitioners! I am drawn to PSYCH-K through the writings of Bruce Lipton and his cellular biology work. PSYCH-K's focus on the subconscious mind resonates well with my study of the kabalah. Therein lies the choice, what registers with your own heart and intuitive knowing - which no one nor thing outside you can ever replace. As this video ends, "if yo want a miracle, BE the miracle."
this all sounds very interesting and believable. but. he goes on about changing your subconcious beliefs, how do you know what your subconscious beliefs are, and secondly and most importantly, how do you change your subconscious beliefs, surely you cant do it consciously? any one know how this is done?
To identify subconscious beliefs he uses a muscle testing method. He says the subc is very logical and when presented with a question it hasn't accepted thought patterns fire to reflect that and during that period there is a shift of the focus of energy in the body and your muscles become slightly weak for a sec or two. His muscle testing is not based off any other type but solely a method created by him for psychological reasons.....
... So he asks a question and does a quick test to see if the sub agrees with, or is struggling to process, the statement.
To change those beliefs you 1st ask the sub if its ok to do so.. if yes then next you tell the person to say the phrase over and over while inviting all conflicting thoughts to enter their mind. Any thoughts that disagree with the statement will begin to speak up. You continue to repeat the phrase until the conflicting thoughts fade and you feel a pleasant sensation....
... This sensation is an indicator that your sub has embraced the new phrase. Allowing the conflicting voices to speak their mind while u continue to repeat the phrase is supposed to rewrite those patterns.
The phrase used in this case was "I deserve happiness and success." She failed the sub test and then repeated the phrase quietly for a while. She then said she did feel a sensation and her thought patterns shifted to something more positive. There is no follow up though.. :( ..
.. Another thing about the reprogramming method is that he put her arms and legs in a specific position. He says crossing arms and legs change the magnetic field of the body and certain people are more receptive in certain positions. So he did a couple of tests to see which hand goes on top and same with feet before he had her chant the phrase.
This vid I saw is called The Psychology of Change and I d/led it from a torrent. I do recommend paying for it though if you find it beneficial.
His method is interesting to me but questionable. I'm not big on instant change ideas b/c they work while your focused on it but the lasting affects aren't there.
That said, I've also had experiences that changed me instantly with only a few lingering issues left behind.
He also says the sub only comprehends linear matter of fact type statements & we usually think in abstract patterns that it can't grasp.
Its interesting but I have my reserves until I learn more
This is AWESOME! I have been doing this for over a year now. And everything in my life is changing. I have found the awareness, power and love i didn't know i possessed.
I have tried a lot of stuff, and this is the absolutely best and most profound technique i ever have tried.
try age regression hypnosis its been around for a long time and has a proven track record. Its an accessing of the subconscious beliefs or associative memory without the religios implications.
I checked the website, I watched the whole video.... Nowhere does he mention HOW you actually change the beliefs through a technique. NLP started in the 70ties by Richard Bandler and with NLP you can change your beliefs quickly and effectively through various techniques. PSYCH-K might be good but there is absolutely no way of telling since you are not provided with any information. I doubt this can be more effective than NLP. Until some technique or explanation is provided I guess we won't know.
Try PSYCH-K. I did and it totally changed my life and outlook !
Rob speaks clearly, informatively and really from the heart. He has over 25 years experince in the field of therapy and change. He knows about the human condition.
I have experienced PSYCH-K and its about changing old, sabotaging beliefs using muscle testing and balances. Simply: it really does WORK!!
Brilliant! Wonderful. Thank you.

Go to your local library and check out some Jung, a book on Taoism, and a book on social psychology.
