and WTH is the message of SHOO BE DOO ?!?!?!?!!!!!! that JD is a worldwide tou
rist who says "yes I" and shoo be doo and knows Bob Marleys mother ?!?!?!
If I had to rely on JD for learning any message, I would not know a THING about what RASTAFARI is dealing with. Hell, I'm likely to get myself mashed down were I to walk into a Binghi camp talkin 'bout one love and shoobdo crap !!
and the music feels forced, like the musicians are somehow lacking cohesion and inspiration
the lyrical content also is uninteresting and if I didn't know better, feels almost parody-like in some instances.
Even with lyrical references "Rastafari" and Selassie, JD's whole package is to me jokey and childish with very low-impact; just the thing for people who think reggae is about fun and the beach
never mind me, tallkig about me is a tangent, inappropriate to this comment board. The fact is this board is full of opinions. and as you know opinions are like a______s, everybody has one. Methinks it is just as valid to post a critical comment as it is a uncritical one.
BTW RASTAFARI has no mandate to SPREAD ANY MESSAGE. The only message is for the white man and all oppressors to leave out of AFRICA NOW. RASTAFARI QADAMAWI HAILE SELASSIE say BLACK LIBERATION NOW!!! JD ain't comin wt dat

I don't like any of his music much
JD voice sounds monotone and lacking musicality
