Hey what about A bird shop that a woman owns, she has birds they aare always out of there cages, Walking around having a good time, she handles all of them Hand fed, etc, She is really nice and gives good info, Should i still go to a bredder? were do i find them at??

And by all means, don't let videos on YouTube be your only source. I have watched a lot of these expert village videos on parrots, and there are so many errors in the suggestions, outright incorrect information, and bad ideas, it just isn't funny. People think these people are experts, and they aren't. Some are clerks in pet shops with minimal knowledge, or pet owners with bad info on their birds. Read books like Parrots for Dummies and get some actual good information for a good start.
