I've put some thought into fame and Tim Skold. I mean, he does all sorts of producing, makes good music, and obviously knows a lot of people. I think what it all boils down to is that he doesn't want to have to deal with it. That's probably why he's not touring with KMFDM even after SvK. XD He's kinda like a toned down Raymond in that sense isn't he?

Looks like Tim raided En Esch's wardrobe. Tim is too good for Marilyn Manson. Not that I have anything specifically against MM but those guys are pigeon holed somewhat and seem content to ride that as a gravy train. I'd love for them to prove me wrong. Tim is soooo much better off working with Sasha and crew making the most innovative/high production/political music around. Gotta love Tim's solo stuff too.

Well depends on what Manson-eras you're talking about. Antichrist Superstar era to the Golden Age of Grotesque era had lyrics on par with KMFDM's. Now once you go to the Eat Me, Drink Me and the High End of Low era, you can say that the lyrics are practically high school angst.

@prophethere You should listen to MM from the begining and see how he makes his transitions.....Maybe then you can see that there is no gravey train.Every album comes with Major change lyrically,visually,conceptiona­lly,musically,etc. What would take some artist a very long time to find a sound,he finds one then reinvents himself all over again. Very Much like David Bowie,whom he cites as a Major influence.

Open minds dine on a wider spread of Music,knowledge,vision,etc.
